Please note that, should you require treatment for a service which is excluded from your level of cover, no benefits are payable by the Fund for any of the hospital and doctors’ charges associated with that admission.

* Please note most assisted reproductive services are out-patient procedures which are not covered by any level of the Fund’s Hospital cover.

** Please note that choosing an excess of $1,000 will not help you avoid the additional 1% Medicare levy.
