When you call

When you call, please have the following information available:

Your registration number
Your policy number if you have it
The driver’s details
An incident report number from the police (if they were involved)
The other party’s details if relevant

What happens next

You’ve had an accident and you are upset and stressed. You may be injured and your veteran, vintage or classic vehicle is damaged. Call us first and we’ll take care of everything. We’ve made the whole process simple and hassle-free.

You will be contacted by an experienced claims consultant within 24 hours of lodging your claim.
You will be asked to get a quote for the damage from a repairer of your choice. If you have difficulty locating a suitable repairer or if you are unsure as to what repairs are needed, you may wish to have one of our assessors contact you.
Once you have a quote, you will be asked to forward it to the claims department along with any digital photos, if available.
Our experienced claims assessors will then determine if the claim can be settled by a digital assessment, or if a specialised assessor will need to do an inspection.
